Volunteers Needed!
The Mid-Dakota Education Cooperative will host their inaugural Sources of Strength Peer Leader Networking Event on Tuesday, January 29th at the Minot Auditorium.
Sources of Strength is a youth suicide prevention project designed to harness the power of peer social networks and ultimately preventing suicide, bullying and substance abuse. The mission is to increase help seeking behaviors by promoting connections between peers and caring adults.
We are looking for adults who are interested in being a lunch table host from 11:30-12:30 the day of the event to engage in group discussion with students. If you are interested in joining us for lunch that day, please email anne.williamson@k12.nd.us.
