Reminder about the upcoming March Power Hour next week on Tuesday, March 21st, at High Air Ground. Chris Lindbo will be speaking about entrepreneurship. Chris will also be providing lunch for those who attend. We are accepting donations instead to go towards sponsoring a YP team for the 2017 Polar Plunge.
The Social Team is hard at work planning this year's golf tournament as well! Keep watching for more details regarding this year's golf tournament!

Polar Plunge
“Freezin for a Reason!”
Raise awareness and funds for the athletes of Special Olympics North Dakota at the Minot Polar Plunge on Saturday, April 1. The Polar Plunge is an annual fundraiser organized by local Law Enforcement and community volunteers to raise awareness and support for Special Olympics North Dakota. These cool events offer a great opportunity for individuals, organizations, schools, and businesses to support Special Olympics, by "Freezin for a Reason" in the chilly North Dakota waters!
As a Polar Plunger, you raise funds and build awareness for the heroes of Special Olympics, and earn great incentive prizes, while showing the same bravery our athletes show on a daily basis. Register today and get started on your fundraising efforts!
Plunge Registration
Don’t forget to pre-register for this event to ensure your official Polar Plunge incentives are guaranteed. To pre-register, click the register button on the First Giving page for the Minot Polar Plunge. Pre-register for the Minot Polar Plunge by March 22th to guarantee your Polar Plunge T-Shirt size.
Register for the Plunge and create your individual and team fundraising pages. You can also visit www.specialolympicsnorthdakota.org and click the Polar Plunge link to find all the Polar Plunge tools and resources you need to raise money, and prepare for your plunge.
If you don’t get the chance to pre-register, you can still register day of event at the plunge.

We are about good times.
The chilly temperatures might not sound attractive, but a huge event full of fun, crazy costumes and loads of laughter can get anyone in the mood for a cool dip. To let you in on a little secret, you are only in the water for a few seconds, but you have a lifetime to brag about your bravery! Gather friends, family, classmates, teachers and co-workers and form a team!
Spin United
Cycle for a Cause!!!
Space is limited to 20 teams with 6 riders per team. Each rider spins 20 minutes. Sign up early to secure your spot! No experience necessary - just spin!
Teams of 6- $35 per person
The event will be held in the rock climbing wall gym at the YMCA to give the teams more room to cheer on their team mates. Additional games and activities will be available during the event including the rock wall.
If anyone in YP would like to get a team or 2 together the event is March 25th and its $210 for 6 person teams or $35 per person and each person rides for 20 minutes. It’s a lot of fun and has a lot of great prizes. All the proceeds will be going to Backpack Buddies. Be sure to register soon as space is filling up!
